Once registered, we keep you updated by regular emails, telephone calls and mail drops, or a combination of these to suit your individual needs.
Our database allows us to prepare a list of properties from our register to meet your personal search requirements.
Purchasers visiting our offices in either Keynsham or Saltford are rewarded by a friendly approach to finding your perfect property, with the opportunity to browse in our showroom in a relaxed atmosphere, whilst experienced staff are never far away to provide further information, local knowledge and advice and to arrange viewing appointments.
Any offer made will be submitted to the vendor as soon as possible and you will be promptly informed of the outcome, confirmed in writing.
Once a sale is agreed, our team is on hand to guide you through every step of the house buying process, including the recommendation of suitable local conveyancing firms and financial advisors.
You can be sure that we recieve no commission or referral fees from the introduction of conveyancers. If we refer you to a mortgage broker we may recieve a referral fee, typically around £250. If we recommend a surveyor, some of the firms we suggest may pay a referral fee to the staff member making the referral in the form of a voucher. These are typically £30, but not all surveyor firms we recommend make these payments. You are under no obligation to use any conveyancers, mortgage brokers or surveyors that we may recommend.
Before a sale is formally agreed, a sales memorandum issued and solicitor's instructed, to comply with UK Anti Money Laundering Legislation, we are required to complete ID verification checks on all buyers. Whilst this is is the responsibility of Davies & Way, we may use the services of an external AML (Anti Money Laundering) provider, Move Butler, to verify clients identity. This has a non-refundable charge of £20 per person. It is not a credit check, so will have no effect on your credit history.
